Llanelli Rugby Football Club is a Welsh rugby union team founded in 1872. The team colours are scarlet and white. Their home ground is Stradey Park (Llanelli).

Llanelli have usually been one of the leading club sides in Wales. Their greatest days were probably in the early 1970s when they were coached by Carwyn James and won the Welsh Cup in four successive seasons from 1973 to 1976, as well as beating the touring All Blacks side in 1972. Llanelli also beat the touring Australian side in 1967 and held them to a draw in 1975.

Sosban Fach (Welsh for "little saucepan") is a nickname of Llanelli RFC. Sosban Fach is the name of a Welsh song, which is sometimes sung by the club's fans during matches as the club anthem.

Llanelli RFC played in the Welsh Premier Division, in the 2005/2006 season. Llanelli RFC is now a feeder club for the Llanelli Scarlets Welsh regional rugby team.
