Livingston County is a county located in the state of Kentucky. As of 2000, the population is 9,804. Its county seat is Smithland6. The county is named for Robert R. Livingston.
Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 886 km² (342 mi²). 819 km² (316 mi²) of it is land and 68 km² (26 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 7.63% water.
