Littlefield, Texas
Littlefield is a city located in Lamb County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 6,507. It is the county seat of Lamb County{{GR|6}}. It is located in a large cotton growing region, northwest of Lubbock on the Llano Estacado. It has a large denim manufacturing plant operated by American Cotton Growers. Littlefield was the birthplace of singer Waylon Jennings.
