These are characters from the animated TV series Family Guy.

- Adam West – Mayor of Quahog. He is extremely incompetent, and eccentric, with hints of delusional mental illness. He once used $250,000 of the tax payers money to find the person whom was supposedly stealing his water, when naturally it was only being absorbed by the plant. Ended up sleeping with Luke Perry because he thought it would make the water-stealing stop. He also offered a Pawtucket Patriot beer a job as the Head of Sanitation Services in exchange for a Silver Scroll when that promotion was taking place. He is married to his own right hand. (see Adam West for information on the real life actor, also named Adam West, who does the mayor's voice). He is a man who loves his taffy, hates baseball cards and is willing to participate in a screaming contest with the town.
- Amy – Works in a pet shop. Death had a crush on her, but killed her when she turned out to be irritating. (deceased)
- Antonio Monatti – An Art Dealer, he becomes Chris Griffin's mentor.
- Barnaby – Strong man, partner of Phineas.
- Bernie – Manager of Quahog Shady Oaks Retirement Home.
- Carrot Scalp – An awful comedian who works at the Native American run casino, Geronimo's Palace Casino. A parody of the comedian Carrot Top.
- Change For A Buck – Employee at the Geronimo's Palace Casino.
- Charlie – Exotic Entertainments shop assistant. Reappeared in "Mr. Saturday Knight" atop his obese donkey (or fat ass), since it was his only means of conveyance. He teaches a CPR course in the 4th episode of the 4th season, and appears on the school board committee of James Woods Regional High School in the 1st episode of season 5.
- Charlie the Bully – Once stole Stewie's tricycle.
- Dora – Prostitute. Once hired by Peter to pose as an old girlfriend to make Lois jealous.
- Jim Kaplan – Con man, goes under many other names. Many of his cons are directed at Peter, as he is so easy to fool.
- Doug the Pimple – A zit on Chris' face. His voice and dialogue with Chris are a parody of the 1980s musical film Little Shop of Horrors. Eventually was killed by a cortisone injection. Also had many shortlived pimple friends.
- Erica – Appeared on Diane's talk show. Her boyfriend is Mario.
- Felicia – Works at dog pound.
- Flappy Jack – Runs a pancake house. Once hired Meg, as he thought she was the single, teenage mother of Stewie.
- Frank – A Native American elder who works at the Geronimo's Palace Casino.
- Gary the No Trash Cougar – A character Peter dresses up as to teach kids not to litter. Uses a gun to scare them and force them to pick up their trash.
- Gerald the happy and abstinent police clown – A happy and abstinent police clown.
- Gloria Eirenbachs (pronounced "ironbox") – Renowned feminist lawyer and campaigner, represented Sarah Bennett in sexual harassment lawsuit against Peter. Presumed a lesbian by many, the character is voiced by Candice Bergen. A parody of Gloria Allred. According to a line in "I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar", she has a penis.
- Henry – Security guard at Quahog Airport. Was frozen in carbonite.
- Herbert the Creepy Old Pedophile – An old and crippled pedophile who lusts impotently after Chris for a time. Uses a walker for support and often speaks in a high-pitched, comedically drawn out tone. Eventually decided to pursue Jeff Campbell at one point. He was seen by Brian at Chris' school dance, dressed in baggy clothes with a backwards ballcap and pretending to be a student. Remarked by Brian to be "the ugliest 8th grader I've ever seen." Most recently, Herbert appeared on a ladder at Chris' bedroom window, watching the youth dance around without his shirt on (a spoof of a scene in Animal House featuring John Belushi). When Brian worked at a car dealership, Herbert approached him at work inquiring about purchasing an ice-cream truck to lure children.
- Holden Caulfield – Appears in The Kiss Seen Around the World shouting that Peter is a great big phony.
- Horace – Runs the Drunken Clam pub. Frequently has very interesting stories but always refuses to tell for fear of boring his patrons.
- Jack – Runs local National Gun Association branch. Has an extremely tiny penis. Voiced by Patrick Duffy.)
- Jeremy – Liddane's boyfriend. Locked in Brian's car trunk for two weeks. (probably deceased)
- Jolene – Works at Airport check-in.
- Leonard Cornfeathers – Runs the Geronimo's Palace Casino.
- Liddane – Babysitter that Stewie had a crush on.
- Logan – Works for Quahog Pest Control. His family was carried away by red ants.
- Mario – Appeared on Diane's talk show. Boyfriend of Erica. Admitted to actually be a woman, then a horse, then a broom.
- Mark Hentemann – Local Comedian.
- Max Weinstein – Jewish Accountant. Helps Peter with his taxes. He was the jewish character in the episode "Wish Apon A Weinstein", a controversial episode often linked with the show's initial cancellation.
- Miles "Chatterbox" Musket – Nicknamed Chatterbox because he never stopped talking. Miles and his magic clam founded Quahog. (deceased)
- Miss Stratford – IRS worker.
- Miss Swan – A Mad TV Character (played by Alex Borstein) makes a cameo touring with the Griffins.
- Miss Watson – Director of Quahog women's retreat.
- Misty – Appears at many parties on Spooner Street. Once lent Stewie a Barney pen.
- Mr. Hanson – Business man who attended a sensitivity training course with Peter.
- Mr. Giraffe – One of Stewie's favorite toys.
- Paddy Tanninger (the Caddy Manager) – Manager of Quahog golf course. Hired Chris as a 'ball shagger', which immediately doubled his business because everyone wanted to 'nail the fat kid'. Wants to fight over practically everything. Last seen as Brian's manager at a car dealership.
- Pawtucket Pat – Ran the Pawtucket Patriot Brewery until he sold it sometime before the episode "Jungle Love". He is rarely seen in public. An obvious parody of Willy Wonka.
- Phineas – Strong man, partner of Barnaby.
- Rabbi Goldberg – Quahog's Rabbi, voiced by Ben Stein.
- Reginald B. Stifworth – A young upstart chap who's been touting the merits of a united European commonwealth.
- Rupert – Stewie's favorite teddy bear. Stewie treats Rupert as if he were real, and even assigns him a sexual orientation as a flamboyant homosexual. He was once left in charge of watching the bags when waiting to board a plane, which got stolen because he was 'looking at the boys again'.
- Sam – Bumblescum inhabitant. Chris' first girlfriend. Chris originally believed Sam was a boy.
- Hairlip Steve – Works for a cleaning company. Has a harelip.
- Vanessa – Chris's wife in the future in ' Very foul-mouthed. Often says "f***" regularly. Before Stewie goes from the future to present times, he is asked by Lois to prevent Vanessa from marrying Chris.
- Warren Fredericks – Runs Quahog beautiful people's club. Believes the doors in supermarkets open for him because he's beautiful.
- Watches You Pee – Bathroom Attendant at the Geronimo's Palace Casino.

- Cow – Talks about how she goes to Baskin Robbins every night and buys herself a little treat. Has a mincing male voice, but since she has udders she is obviously a female.
- Book Store Employee
- The Man In White– A cult leader who tries to get teens to commit suicide. Killed by Stewie, who thought that he was trying to put him back in Lois's womb. (deceased) Voiced by John O'Hurley.
- Dead guy – Chris was shown the Dead guy by Sam, his friend from Bumblescum. They poked him with a stick, with Chris remarking, "the best things in life really are free!" (obviously deceased)
- The Deer –a sentient deer who can drive cars and snowmobiles. First appears when Peter says he once hit a deer, and another time when Peter and Chris went hunting, following his snowmobile tracks.
- Disabled Competitor to Joe at Special People's Games (although clearly modeled on Stephen Hawking)
- Electrician
- Evil Rats – Nearly prepared for their imminent invasion of the surface world.
- German Tour Guide – Suspiciously in denial of German history between 1939 and 1945. Possibly a Nazi.
- Giant Chicken has a surprisingly long and complicated fight scene with Peter in a cutaway in "Da Boom!" as a result of giving Peter a bad coupon. Although the original episode was a dream sequence, the chicken returned for another lengthy fight scene in "Blind Ambition".
- Greased Up Deaf Guy – first appeared as part of a company event "Catch the Greased Up Deaf Guy", and has since appeared in the first episode of season 4 claiming "I used to be a lawyer", and the credits for episode 2. He also seems to be giving Mort Goldman trouble at his pharmacy. In the , he appears at the red carpet of the movie premiere, apparently now a folk musician and Ward of the State.

- Invisible Bear – fought Chris in a wrestling match in which Peter sold tickets to make money.
- Irish Constable – Responds to all arrivals to the police station, regardless of age, with the line, "Awww, look at the little baby. Aren't you cute? Where's your Mommy?"
- The Other Deer –another sentient deer who once offered to raise Chris as his son and show him the ways of the herd ? before being shot by hunters mere seconds later. Possibly based on Bambi's father.(deceased)
