  • Adolf Hitler – Jealous of a Jewish Bodybuilder and has his own talk show, Hitler!. He also appears briefly in a scene showing he and Eva Braun and they repeatedly wimp out of committing suicide. He is shown briefly in a scene where Peter thinks he's going to hell.
  • Albert Einstein – Apparently the only person who can sneak up on and attack God, seen when he steals Shrinky Dinks. He also stole his Theory of Relativity from "Smith" while working at the patent office.
  • Arthur Fonzarelli (the Fonz) – Seen by Peter during an Indian vision quest in the forest. Claims to have gotten herpes and gonorrhea from girls he met at Arnold's.
  • Bill Clinton – Seen giving orders to the army completely naked, fondling Hillary Clinton when he believes the world is about to end and insulting a reporter while completely drunk.
  • Bill Cosby – Appears in "Peter, Peter, Caviar Eater" (at approx. 20:50 into the episode) rambling on about something completely unrelated to the current topic. (Also appears in other episodes.)
  • Bill Gates – Head of Microsoft and friend of Carter Pewterschmidt.
  • Bing Crosby – Encourages beating children with a sack of valencia oranges.
  • Bowser Appears in a car running over Max the Plumber, Luigi the Ebay Seller, and Peter.
  • Chewbacca, C-3PO, and R2-D2 – Appears in a recreation of the ending of "Star Wars, A New Hope".
  • Cookie Monster – Appears to have a severe dependecey on cookie dough and is seen recently free-basing in a women's restroom after rehab.
  • Dean Koontz – Is struck by Brian driving a car, and when asked who he is, Brian drives over him repeatedly.
  • Dennis Miller – Seen during the opening of "Peter Griffin: Husband, Father...Brother?". (Miller: "I don't want to go on a rant here but America's foreign policy makes about as much sense as Beowulf having sex with Robert Fulton at the first Battle of Antietam. When a neo-conservative defenestrates it's like Raskolnikov filibuster deoxymonohydroxinate." Peter: "What the hell does 'rant' mean?")
  • Ernie & Bert (Sesame Street) – Apparently living together in a run-down apartment. Bert is a drunk and sleeps naked in the same bed with Ernie, who is uncomfortable with Bert's drinking and shouting.
  • George W. Bush – Enjoys an impromptu performance from Peter (who acts like a jester) in a childlike manner.
  • Jennifer Love Hewitt – Was once an Eskimo and was also Mort Goldman's Niece. Went on a date with Peter.
  • James Carville – Hired by Glenn Quagmire to do damage control on Peter's Porn Magazine Scandal as School Board President.
  • Jackie Chan – Peter refers to him as the "foreign guy". While the Griffin family is on the lam (due to Lois' shoplifting spree) Peter says "hey it's Jackie Chan" everytime he sees an Asian person in Asiantown. Eventually one person who really is Jackie Chan thanks Peter for recognizing him.
  • Judd Hirsch – Seen building weapons for the Keebler Elves, which they use against the Rice Krispy elves (killing Snap).
  • Kate Moss – Chris's paper-thin date at the art show who was completely at the whims of passing breezes and cracks in the floor. Chris thinks he's seeing the Matrix, a spoof on Matrix star Carrie-Ann Moss, who shares a last name with Kate Moss.
  • KISS – Peter's favorite band, and at one time Lois dated Gene Simmons. They also appeared in the Christmas movie KISS saves Santa.
  • Kool-Aid Man – Appeared in the episode "Death Has A Shadow" when Peter was sentenced to 24 months in prison.
  • Latoya Jackson – Filled in for Jesse Jackson when he couldn't show up for an opening prayer for the peace meeting between Quahog and Petoria.
  • Margot Kidder – Appears in a flashback where she is at the Griffin's for dinner, has a psychotic episode, and jumps out the window. She returns briefly near the end of the episode, claiming she forgot her purse.
  • Martha Stewart – Hired by the cigarette company to clean the Griffin house when Peter is made President. When the family leaves to go to Washington, she show's signs of relief and farts.
  • Mel Gibson – Appeared in the episode "North by North Quahog", which parodied the Alfred Hitchcock classic North by Northwest.
  • Michael Eisner – Head of the Disney Corporation and friend of Carter Pewterschmidt.
  • Michael Moore – Out-farted by Peter in a bathroom-stall take on Dueling Banjos.
  • Optimus Prime – Featured as a Jew.
  • Peter Frampton – Played "Baby I Love Your Way" as a favor to Peter on Peter and Lois' anniversary.
  • Rocky Dennis – Parody of the movie Mask, in which a blind girl (Diana) claims his face has a pelvis.
  • Slobodan Milo?evi?, Saddam Hussein, Muammar al-Qaddafi, Fidel Castro, Kim Jong Il– Attended Peter's barbecue to lend their support after Peter declared his house to be the independent country of "Petoria" and annexed his neighbor's pool renaming it "Joe-hio".
  • Spiderman – Uses his webs to save Peter from a fatal fall, claiming that "everybody gets one."
  • Stephen Hawking – He is hired by the butler to do Chris's homework, and appears during the "This house is freakin sweet" song and dance number when the Griffins inherit Aunt Margarite's Cherywood mansion in the episode "Peter, Peter, Caviar Eater"; also Joe's main competition in the Special People's Games.
  • Stephen King – Suggests a novel featuring a lamp monster, as if to suggest his creativity has dried up.
  • Steven Seagal – Seen on T.V. beating up seals in a parody of his films.
  • Superman – Seen briefly when Peter believes that he's going to hell. Explains that he's in hell because he killed a hooker after she made a crack about him being "faster than a speeding bullet."
  • Thundercats – Seen in "Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story" as Stewie remembers watching "Living Together". Lion-O, Cheetara and Snarf are in Cats' Lair, as Lion-O uses the Sword of Omens to watch Cheetara in the washroom urinating. Lion-O and Cheetara are voiced by the real actors from Thundercats. (Larry Kenny as "Lion-O" and Lynne Lipton as "Cheetara")
  • William Shatner – Formed a brief friendship with Peter before being run over and presumably killed by Meg. Later reappeared in a crowd, non-speaking.
  • Ted Turner – Head of Turner Broadcasting, plays poker with Carter Pewterschmidt, despite no one liking him. Impregnated Carter's greyhound Seabreeze.
  • United States Supreme Court Justices – The Justices tell David Souter if he wants to be a Supreme Court Justice he must pick up a cherry with his buttocks and drop it in a mug of beer while going through an obstacle course. The only person who has a speaking line in the entire cut-away is Sandra Day O'Connor.
