Lipetsk Oblast
Lipetsk Oblast (Russian: ????????? ????????) is a federal subject of Russia (an oblast). Formed on January 6, 1954. Its administrative center is the city of Lipetsk. The area of the oblast is 24,100 kmē. The population is 1,213,499 (2002).
