Lienz
Lienz is a medieval city in Tyrol, Austria. It is the administrative center of the Lienz district (Bezirk) in East Tyrol. Lienz is located at {{coor dms|46|49|47|N|12|46|11|E|region:AT_type:city(12,079)}}, on the rivers Isel and Drava, and has a population of 12,079 (2001).

Lienz is located at a road junction between the federal Felbertauern road (B108), a road to the Pustertal valley (B100) and South Tyrol, and a road to the Drautal valley and Carinthia. It is also connected by the Austrian Southern Railway.
