Licensor

Licencor refers to a person or legal entity granting a licence to another person or legal entity. By granting a licence the licencor permits or authorises another person or class of persons to exercise, infringe or otherwise not observe their rights. The licencor does not waive their rights except under the circumstances of the licence.
