Lexington Steele, (birth name: Clifton Britt) born November 28, 1969 in New Jersey, is an African-American pornographic actor and director. He has won the AVN Award for "Male Performer of the Year" three times.

Originally from New Jersey, Steele graduated from Syracuse University in 1993. He worked in New York City as a stock broker in the World Trade Center before becoming a model. By 1997, he had started working as an adult model. That year, he entered hardcore production, which he has been doing since. After five years with Anabolic Video Production, he left the label and formed his own company, Mercenary Pictures, directing "gonzo" videos.
