LeVeL 27
LeVeL 27 is a clothing chain run by Billy Martin of the pop punk band Good Charlotte . It was founded by Billy as a side project from Good Charlotte. The idea was to unite many different kinds of people under one clothing label. LeVeL 27 can be found in a variety of shops, the most famous being Hot Topic, and they often have a booth on any Good Charlotte tour.
