Lelantine War
The Lelantine War was a long battle between Eretria and Chalcis at the end of the 8th century BC. Eretria was defeated, losing a sum of land in Boeotia. Little is known about the war. What we do know comes from an account in Thucydides's History of the Peloponnesian War.
