Laura Gilpin
Laura Gilpin ( April 22, 1891- November 30, 1979) is an American photographer. She is famous for photographing Native Americans, particularly the Navajo and Pueblo. Her Southwestern landscapes are also prominent. Born in Ausin Bluffs, Colorado, her birthplace is sometimes listed as Colorado Springs, which was just south of Austin Bluffs at the time.
