Lampy (voiced by Tim Stack), is the famous orange desktop lamp from The Brave Little Toaster movies.

Whenever Lampy is annoyed by Radio often and the two always wind up a fight. Lampy can be lose it when his lightbulb burns out or breaks out of too much electrical power. Out of all the appliances, Lampy seems to most useful. He has no arms but can use his electric cord and his plug as hands.

Lampy is said to have been added as a major character on Rocko's Modern Life under the name of Lamp Cirly Tora if the show ever returned on the air.
