Lambeth North tube station
Lambeth North tube station is a London Underground station in the neighbourhood of Lambeth and is the nearest tube station for the Imperial War Museum.

The station is on the Bakerloo Line, between Elephant & Castle and Waterloo, and is in Travelcard Zone 1. It was opened on March 10, 1906, as Kennington Road, but this was changed to Westminister Bridge Road in July, 1906 when the line became the Bakerloo Line. It was only named Lambeth North in April, 1917. It was closed between November 9, 1996 and July 14, 1997.

It has two lifts and a spiral staircase connecting the road level to platform level (about 70 feet below).
