Kriol


 
 

Kriol (or Crioulo) is a Creole language based on Portuguese. Spoken in Guinea-Bissau and Senegal. The Creole is used as lingua franca in Guinea-Bissau; it is spoken by 60% of the population. See Portuguese Creole#Portuguese-African Creoles
