Konjac

Konjac (Japanese: 蒟蒻; konnyaku; {{zh-cpl|c=蘑芋|p=móyù|l=devil taro}}), also known as konjak, konjaku, devil's tongue, voodoo lily, snake palm, or elephant yam (although this name is also used for A. paeoniifolius), is a plant in the genus Amorphophallus grown in China and Japan for its large starchy corm, used to create a flour and gel of the same name. It may also be used as a vegan substitute for gelatin.
