Kolbe electrolysis
Kolbe electolysis or Kolbe reaction is a organic reaction named after Adolph Wilhelm Hermann Kolbe. The Kolbe reaction is formally a decarboxylative dimerisation and proceeds by a radical reaction mechanism.
