KLSX

KLSX 97.1, The FM Talk Station, is a talk radio station in Los Angeles. It currently airs the syndicated Howard Stern and Tom Leykis shows. Local shows include "Frosty, Heidi, and Frank" ("The Triplets"), and "Conway and Whitman" (Until recently, Tim Conway Jr. was paired up with Doug Steckler in "The Conway and Steckler Show". Doug Steckler's contract was not renewed. Tim Conway Jr. is the son of actor Tim Conway).

From the late 1960's to 1986 98.7 played Adult Contemporary music. they were owned by Greater Media. In 1986, the station was renamed KLSX and became a Classic rock radio station. The call letters KLSX were chosen to sound like the word "classics".
