Kjell Aukrust
Kjell Aukrust (March 19, 1920 – December 24, 2002 in Alvdal) was a Norwegian author, poet and artist. He was the nephew of Olav Aukrust. He is most famous for his creation of the fictional Norwegian village of Fl?klypa and its cast of idiosyncratic characters. This setting was the basis of the 1975 animated film "Fl?klypa Grand Prix", directed by Ivo Caprino. The film was the first full length animated feature, became an international success and has been translated into more than seventy languages.
