Kitchen Confidential

Kitchen Confidential is a book written by American chef Anthony Bourdain in 2000. The book is both Bourdain's professional memoir and a behind-the-scenes look at restaurant kitchens. In September 19, 2005 Fox began a broadcast of a situation comedy based on Kitchen Confidential.
