Mallard House #1 & #2 at Bell Haven Resort offers two charming, well-appointed 1bd/1ba cottages on beautiful Clear Lake in Soda Bay, a private and historic resort. Soda Bay is located in the town of Kelseyville on the west shore of breathtaking Clear Lake, the largest natural lake in the state of California and second oldest lake in the world! The cottages leave nothing to be desired, full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Mallard House Cottages are only cleaned with organic cleaners, and both are nonsmoking. Each sleeps 4 with all new furniture and appliances. The rec room has a full size pool table as well as ping pong and the 3.5 acre resort is fully fenced with it's own private beach and brand new 7 foot wide dock. Bring your boat and your fishing pole, Clear Lake is the #1 bass lake in the nation, and the fall is the best time for boating, you will almost have the whole lake to yourself. Included with your rental is the use of a rowboat, and 6 kayaks that are shared with the other 4 cottages. Midweek rates are $75 per night with a 2 night minimum. $125 per night/per cottage for weekends,(Holiday Weekends and Premium Concert Weekends $150 per night, Regular Concert Weekends are $125 per night. Any weekend has a 2 night minimum). Also, so long as no one is in your cottage ahead of you or coming in behind you, you are welcome to arrive as early as noon and stay as late as 6pm on your check out day.
