Keith Joseph

Keith Sinjohn Joseph, Baron Joseph CH PC (January 17, 1918–December 10, 1994), was a British barrister, politician, and Conservative cabinet member under three different administrations. He is widely regarded as the "power behind the throne" in the creation of what came to be known as "Thatcherism". He was known for most of his political life as Sir Keith Joseph through his holding a (hereditary) Baronetcy.
