Kazuya Tsurumaki
Kazuya Tsurumaki (鶴巻 和哉 Tsurumaki Kazuya) is a Japanese anime director. He is the protegé of Hideaki Anno. He directed His and Her Circumstances after Anno left the project, and was one of the directors for FLCL.
