Kazaam

Kazaam is a 1996 film produced by Touchstone Pictures and starring Shaquille O'Neal and Francis Capra.

The plot revolves around young Max (Capra) and the genie he accidentally discovers hidden in a boom box for thousands of years. The genie is named Kazaam (O'Neal) and he grants Max three wishes. At the same time, Kazaam helps Max get come to terms with his father, who is a criminal.
