Kayce Freed

Kayce Freed (born 1958) is Peter Jennings's fourth wife. They married on December 2, 1997.

She, along with her two stepchildren and sister in law, was beside Peter as he passed away on August 7, 2005. After his death, she issued the following statement: "Peter died with his family around him, without pain and in peace. He knew he'd lived a good life."

In 1976, Kayce had made history as she was one of the first women to graduate from the previously all male college preparatory school, Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts.
