Kalamazoo, Michigan
Kalamazoo is a city located in Kalamazoo County in southwest Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 77,145. It is the county seat of Kalamazoo County6.
Colleges and universities
Kalamazoo houses a liberal arts college (Kalamazoo College) and a university (Western Michigan University) as well as Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Davenport University. It also had been the home of Nazareth College, which closed in the 1990s.
