Junior (football player)
Leovegildo Lins da Gama Júnior (born June 29, 1954), known simply as Júnior, was a Brazilian football player. He was named by Pelé as one of the top 125 greatest living footballers in March 2004.

Júnior recorded 70 appearances for the Brazil national football team between 1979 and 1992, recording six goals. He appeared on the Brazilian team for both the 1982 and 1986 World Cups.

Júnior played for Flamengo during late 70s, 80s and early 90s, wining four Brazilian Championships, the Copa Libertadores and Intercontinental Cup. He played for Torino in 1986.
