Jubalio


 
 

"Jubalio" is an upbeat folk tune popular during the American Civil War. A fairly obscure piece, it appeared in two cartoons by Tex Avery, "Billy-Boy" and "The Three Little Pups". The piece was whistled throughout both pictures by a dimwitted wolf voiced by Daws Butler (who used the same slow Southern drawl later for Huckleberry Hound).
