Jonathan Abrams
Jonathan Abrams founded Friendster, a social networking website that ignited hype with social networking services, to a stage they were termed YASNS (Yet Another Social Networking Service). Abrams became widely criticized within the internet community when he introduced limitations on the users of the service; for example, Friendster began to delete profiles that were thought to be fake, known as Fakesters. Following a venture capital investment, Jonathan Abrams was released from his position as CEO of Friendster.
