Jolimont railway station, Melbourne

Jolimont is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is located in the suburb of East Melbourne and is a short walk from the Melbourne Cricket Ground in the adjacent Yarra Park. In 2005 the station has recently undergone a $1.3 million dollar upgrade in preparation for the 2006 Commonwealth Games. During this, new DDA-compliant ramps were constructed providing disabled access to the station, including supplying one new Metcard ticket machine.
