Joi (singer)
Joi (full married name Joi Gilliam-Gipp) is an African American R&B/neo soul singer/songwriter, associated with the Organized Noise collective based in Atlanta, Georgia, and often heard performing with Organized Noise acts such as OutKast and the Goodie Mob (her husband, Big Gipp, is a member of the latter group). Joi released her debut solo LP, Star Kitty's Revenge, on Universal Records in 2002. Currently, she is signed with Raphael Saadiq's Pookie Entertainment label.
