John Perkins

John Perkins is an economist, activist, and author. His best known book is Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, a "whistle-blower's" account of relations between the institutions that allegedly promote neocolonialism, and the affected Third World governments.

Perkins has also written on indigenous cultures and shamanism. His books on these subjects include Psychonavigation: Techniques for Travel Beyond Time, Shapeshifting: Shamanic Techniques for Global and Personal Transformation, and The Heart of Racial Justice: How Soul Change Leads to Social Change.
