John P. Jumper
General John P. Jumper is a United States Air Force officer who served as Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force from September 6, 2001 to September 2, 2005. He is scheduled to retire on November 1, 2005. Gen. Jumper was succeeded by General T. Michael Moseley.
