John Howard (American actor)
John Howard (April 14 1913 - February 19 1995) was an American actor, best known for his role in Lost Horizon.

Howard was born John R. Cox, Jr. in Cleveland, Ohio. He served in World War II, earning the Navy Cross and the Croix de Guerre for gallantry as a naval officer abord a sinking minesweeper off the French coast in August of 1944. He died in 1995 of heart failure in Santa Rosa, California.
