John Fraser (journalist)

John Anderson Fraser (born June 5, 1944) is a Canadian journalist and Master or chief administrative officer of Massey College at the University of Toronto.

Fraser graduated from Toronto's elite Upper Canada College, after which he received a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University and a Master of Arts from the University of East Anglia. He was a music and dance critic for the Toronto Telegram. From 1972 to 1987, he was a dance critic, theatre critic, China correspondent, Ottawa bureau chief, national columnist, national editor and London correspondent at The Globe and Mail. From 1987 to 1994, he was the editor of Saturday Night magazine. In 1995, he became the fourth Master of Massey College.
