John Drew
John Drew (1827 - 1862) was a U.S. actor. Born in Dublin, Drew made his first New York appearance in 1846. He played Irish and light comedy parts with success in many American cities, and was the manager of the Arch Street Theatre in Philadelphia. His wife, Louisa Lane Drew, and his son, John Drew, Jr., were also accomplished actors. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
