Jim Reeves (competitive eater)

Jim Reeves, AKA, Buffalo Jim; Born and raised in Buffalo, New York. Jim got his start in competitive eating at the First Annual National Buffalo Wing Festival. He is one of only a handful of people to compete in every final at the festival (2002, 2003, 2004). Currently ranked #11 by the International Federation of Competitive Eating (as of 5/17/05), Jim has competed in Buffalo wings, Hot dogs, Hamburgers, Apple Dumplings, Shanghai Noodles and Jalapenos.

• 2004 Virginia Beach Nathan's Hot Dog Qualifier Champion, 18.75 dogs in 12 minutes;
• 2004 Coney Island Nathan's Final, 21 dogs in 12 minutes (Personal Best);
• 2004 Jackson, MS Krystal Hamburger Qualifier Champion, 32.5 hamburgers in 8 minutes (Personal Best);
• 2004 Chattanooga, TN, 1st Annual Krystal's World Hamburger Eating Championship Finals, 7th Place
