Jewish-American princess

Jewish American Princess or JAP (not to be confused with the ethnic slur related to people of Japanese nationality) is an ethnic slur used to refer to a wealthy young woman of Jewish-American descent. Usually, the term implies the following characteristics: snobby, wealthy, selfish, bitchy, mean, and from Long Island or other wealthy, predominantly Jewish New York suburbs. Jewish American Princesses supposedly think of and carry themselves as if they were attractive, regardless of whether or not they actually are.
