Jerome Lowenthal
Jerome Lowenthal is a professor of piano at the Juilliard School in New York, New York, where he was also chair of the piano department. His studies included lessons with William Kappell in the US and Alfred Cortot at the Ecole Normale in Paris. A prizewinner at Brussels Queen Elisabeth competition (1960) and Bolzano Busoni competition, he is a frequent judge in international piano competitions. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
