Jeremy Gelbwaks

Jeremy Gelbwaks (born May 22, 1961) was an actor who starred in the television series The Partridge Family from 1970-1971.

Gelbwaks was the first actor to play the role of Chris Partridge. He was only on the show for one year, 1970 - 1971. The following season he was replaced by Brian Forster. Gelbwaks worked in the computer industry for many years, studied business at Columbia University, and is now a management consultant.

In a strange coincidence, he lived in New Orleans for many years - also the home of Susan Cowsill, the drummer in the band (The Cowsills) upon which The Partridge Family was (loosely) based.
