Jean Piccard
Dr. Jean-Felix Piccard (January 28, 1884, Basel, Switzerland -January 28, 1963, Minneapolis, Minnesota , United States) was a Swiss-born American scientist and high-altitude balloonist, and several other members of the Piccard family including Jean's twin brother Auguste and Auguste's grandson Bertrand are known for ballooning.
