Jason Isaacs

Jason Isaacs (born June 6, 1963 in Liverpool, Merseyside, England) is an English actor of Eastern European Jewish descent.

Isaacs first gained attention as the villain, Colonel William Tavington, in The Patriot (2000), with Mel Gibson. He has appeared in many films such as Divorcing Jack, Dragonheart, Event Horizon, The End of the Affair but most notably in the Harry Potter series playing Lucius Malfoy, as Captain Hook/Mr. Darling in P. J. Hogan's adaptation of Peter Pan. Jason has also appeared in episodes of The West Wing as well as the upcoming Showtime series Brotherhood.
