Jason Cropper

Jason Cropper (born 1970 Oakland, CA ) was an original guitarist for Weezer, and as such was present at the band's first practice on February 14, 1992. He left during recording of Weezer (aka The Blue Album), Weezer's first full length album. He did, however, also record on the band's three demo tapes. He can be heard on backup vocals and guitar on The Sweater Song demo on The Kitchen Tapes. He can also be heard on the song Jamie from DGC rarities Volume 1. After leaving Weezer he toured and recorded with his band Chopper One that featured his now wife, Amy.
