We recently posted this same ad for a two-month sublet. Plans have changed and we are now renting it for a longer period. We are a household of four creative healers ranging from 27 to 41 years old, a refreshing mix of queer, straight, white, and people of color. The room that's available is small to medium sized with a nice closet and a window facing the inner wall of our house and the one next door, so only moderate lighting. Rent is $500 per month, including all utilities, with a $300 security deposit. We're on Waller Street between Clayton and Belvedere, one block from Haight and three blocks from the Golden Gate Park, close to lots of public transportation. In January we are going to convert one of the rooms into a massage/yoga room, thus the temporary status of the room availability. Greetings, I have a large furnished room available September 1st - January 1st. I share the apartment with my girlfriend and she is moving to L.A. for a internship for a few months. This is a preliminary posting, I will be posting again with more details in the coming weeks. The room will include: Futon, Dresser, Desk, Hardwood Floor w/rug, a lot of natural sunlight (top floor), ceiling fan, free fast wi-fi and a huge storage room in the basement thats relatively empty.
