James Horan

James Horan (b. December 14,1954 in Louisville, Kentucky,USA) is an American character actor who has been on a lot of tv shows and some films too.He has starred some soap operas like Guiding Light as Det. Kirk Winters in 1981,Another World as Denny Hobson,and appeared on The Edge of Night.

James Horan is well known in the Star Trek community for his rolls on Star Trek The Next Generation as a Takaran named Jo'Brill in the season 6 episode Suspicions,and appeared as "Luentenant Barnaby" in the season 7 episode "Descent" Part 2.His other aother Star Trek appearances were on Star Trek Deep Space Nine as a Jem'Hadar named "Ikat'ika" in the Season 5 episodes "In Purgatory's Shadow" parts 1 and 2,he played "Tosin" in the Star Trek Voyager season 3 episode "Fair Trade",and as the "mysterious man" from the future on Star Trek Enterprise.
