Jacquie O'Sullivan


 

Jacquie O'Sullivan (born August 7, 1960, London, England) is a British singer and songwriter. She was a member of Shillelagh Sisters. After that she was a member of Bananarama, replacing Siobhan Fahey from 1988 to 1991.

The hit streak with Bananarama continued with the addition of O'Sullivan. The group scored 8 consecutive top 30 hits (including a cover of The Beatles' "Help!"which went to number 3 on the UK charts in 1989). In 1991 she recorded the album Pop Life, the only full length album she would appear on with the group. She participated in Band Aid II's 1989 re-recording of "Do They Know It's Christmas?".
