Jackie Loughery
Jackie Loughery (1930- ) or Jacqueline Loughery is a woman originally from New York, known for being the winner of the first Miss USA beauty pageant, which was held until in Long Beach, California. She won it only after a second ballot broke a first-place tie. That victory was in 1952.
