Jack Starrett

Jack Starrett (November 2,1936 – March 27,1989) was an American actor and director from Refugio, Texas. He is sometimes credited as Claude Ennis Starrett Jr. in some of his films. Jack Starrett is well known for his roll as Gabby Johnson,a parody roll of Gabby Hayes in the 1974 classic parody film Blazing Saddles and is well known for is roll as the brutal deputy, Deputy Sgt. Arthur Galt, who tortured Rambo in the 1981 classic action film First Blood.
