Jack Davenport
Jack Davenport (born March 11973) is a British actor.

Born in Suffolk, England, the son of actors Maria Aitken and Nigel Davenport. He is married to actress Michelle Gomez. After attending the University of East Anglia, he wrote to John Cleese who gave Jack a role in his film Fierce Creatures. Davenport's best known TV roles have been Miles Stewart in This Life (1996), Detective Sergeant Michael Colefield in Ultraviolet (1998) and Steve Taylor in Coupling (2000). Notable film appearances include The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999), Pirates of the Caribbean (2003), and The Wedding Date (2005). Jack is also returning for both sequals to Pirates, (2006) and the as yet untitled Pirates of the Caribbean 3 (2007). Jack is also a familier voice to UK television viewers being the voice of Mastercard
