He first came to prominance as the artist on the short lived (11 issues, 1997-1998) Chase title from DC Comics, where he worked with writer D. Curtis Johnson. Before that, he was the penciler on the four issue miniseries, Deathwish (1994-1995) from Milestone Media, then part of DC. Deathwish was written by Adam Blaustein and inked by Jimmy Palmiotti.
